Because each piece is custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final and we do not process returns, refunds, or cancellations. In the rare case your framed print arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days with photos of the damaged artwork and original packaging to qualify for an insurance-covered replacement.

FINE ART PRINTS

Our prints are original photographs by Caroline Pacula, produced as high-quality giclées using pigment-based inks on archival, acid-free Hot Press cotton rag paper at 330 gsm paper thickness. These professional-grade prints feature a smooth matte finish for long-lasting vibrancy. Prints are shipped rolled in protective tubes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

FRAMED PRINTS

Our handcrafted frames are made-to-order from real wood (available in White, Blonde, or White Oak) and include UV-shielding plexiglass to protect the integrity of the art. Each piece arrives ready-to-hang with a professional wire or cleat system, and you may choose between a 2-inch white buffered border or a "no mat" full-bleed display.

ACRYLIC FACEMOUNTS

For a modern, high-brilliance finish, artwork is securely mounted to 1/8" acrylic with a Dibond backing and UV inhibitors that preserve the print for up to 100 years. This gallery-standard option includes a French cleat hanging system for an effortless, floating presentation.
